Exchanges and Returns

 

In-Store Purchases:

Full purchase price refunds can be made on regularly stocked items if returned within 30 days of purchase with a copy of the original sales receipt. If a receipt is not available, we can attempt to locate the purchase through our purchase log. Exceptions include:

Custom-made or special order items cannot be exchanged or returned with the exception of a manufacturer defect.

Lift chairs are returnable and subject to a restocking fee (no greater than 10%). We reserve the right to deny the return of a lift chair in a non-standard fabric or a “Builder” model. These decisions will be based on the products ability to resell in the store.

Bathroom, bedroom and personal hygiene items may only be returned unopened and unused and require proof of purchase, with the exception of a manufacturer defect.

If you purchase a defective product, it may be exchanged for an identical product. Original sales receipt must be presented.

Clearance items are final sale items and cannot be returned.

Delivery fees for rental transactions are non-refundable.

 

Online Purchases:

Products purchased online are refundable with the same restrictions as in-store purchases. No return authorization is necessary if the item is returned in the store. If returning an item via a shipping carrier, you must first request and reference a return authorization number for your shipment. 

Delivery fees for rental transactions are non-refundable.

 

Rental Products:

Rentals returned prior to the rental term will be prorated to the next lowest rental rate. Whichever option is most cost effective for the customer.
